The 2022 Stanford Exploration Project (SEP) Annual Spring Meeting
It is with our deepest regret that the SEP Affiliates Meeting which was scheduled to be held on May 9-12, 2022, has been canceled due to a significant outbreak of COVID cases at Stanford Sierra Conference Center. While we know this is incredibly late notice and inconvenient for all of you, your safety and the safety of those around you, is the most important to us.
Due to the outbreak, the in-person event will no longer take place on May 9-12, 2022. Consequently, the event has been rescheduled to be held as a virtual event on May 31st and June 1st. Details for the virtual event will follow in the coming days.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to hopefully seeing you online for the virtual meeting, and in-person next year.
We have contacted the Stanford ticket Office with the cancellation information, and requested that a full refund be processed in the coming days.
